One of my goals for 2024 is to walk 20 minutes every day. Seems simple, right? Honestly if I don’t get my walk done early in the day, it becomes more challenging. I did miss 1 day, I slept crappy and felt lousy, that’s when I came up with the idea to brake it up. The goal is, walk 20 minutes a day, which DO NOT need to be all at once.
I have had to get creative and make it easy to achieve my goal. The 20 minutes does not have to be all at one time. Sometimes I do 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the afternoon or in the early evening. Walk 20 minutes!
What better way to stick to a goal than to set up a 30 Day Challenge? Rather than set dates, this is an ongoing 30 Day Challenge during 2024 that allows anyone to jump in at any time.
- Join the challenge on Instagram, on your first day post a pic of your walk (you do not need to be in the photo) say)
- put I accept the challenge and put your start date,
